The Pronto Smart Choice Service Center Program provides automotive repair facilities with the product support and marketing tools needed in today’s competitive service world. Among the many elements of this program are the:
Protection Plus Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty
Offer peace of mind to customers by assuring them the repairs performed on their vehicles will be warranted for 12,000 mile or 12 months, whichever comes first. Customers can call a toll free number for quick and courteous service.
Emergency Roadside Assistance
Offer your customers a Smart Choice single-use Roadside Assistance Certificate good for towing or a jump start anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Service includes a jump-start or tow for one year from the date you issue the assistance card in conjunction with any repair.
Pronto/Delphi Tech Net Tech Support
Enjoy unlimited access to Delphi Tech Support hot line specialist, plus the availability of additional training and tech evaluation programs.
ASE Reimbursement Program
Smart Choice program participants who successfully achieve ASE certification, or recertification, will be reimbursed the technician per test cost, up to a total of $100 per location.
Fall Harvest Program
Smart Choice customers can participate in Pioneer’s annual Fall Harvest Program. Customers choice discount incentive levels and terms based on their level of participation in the program, and lock in their pricing and service level for the coming year.
